KSHATRIYA CASTE – My Personal Views

My grandfather Javvaji Rangandha Gupta always asks me two questions:

1. To read Telugu Newspaper and answer his questions?

2. Have you seen Kshatriya Caste persons?

I have made some research above different castes of Indian caste system.

I used to ask him so many times to clear my doubts.

I have travelled all over India too –

One day,

I directly asked him tell more about Kshatriya so that I can identify –

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES: (Case Study)

1. HR INTERVIEW PLACEMENT which are held in My MBA College.

I and my classmate were selected for HR Round for a company.

The boss of that company was too much busy coming out and speaking to someone in his mobile.

My classmate was in tension mood about interview, he was saying ------ Swetha, I am in tensions and tensions when I listen to his voice I felt I was also in tension mood.

I read his resume as I am good at Resume tips and I from MBA - HR and he is from MBA – HR and Marketing field.

Before that I have identified that he is from Aurora's Degree College.

I really felt sad that

I got seat in AURORA'S DEGREE COLLEGE but due to my SISTER MARRIAGE I joined in a college which is walkable distance from my home.

He attended in interview next my number came –

THE FIRST WORD:

Sir,

I want to complete my education first then do job I came to interview to get offer letter to show to my family as I am the one in the field of commerce background in Maddali Family tree.

In Maddali Family Tree, my cousin and sister’s also brother’s are from software industry.

Then he started asking me 10 questions. I have answered all 10 questions.

After few minute we got results:

SUDDEN NEWS:

My classmate was selected I am rejected.

I asked sir I am from HR background and he from marketing department and this interview belongs to HR field.

The secretary told me: He said

Sir,

I am in tension and tension………….. I am good at answering questions…………..Please give me a few seconds………….to answer each and entire questions in this interview:

The questions were asked for him –

• What is your name?
• You are from which college?
• What your hobbies?
• Where do you live?
• What is your surname?
• When you join in this college?

My questions were fully based on HR Subject.

We came out laughing together.

I said him –

I am classmate also CLASS LEADER and I have been…………..motivating you for long time.

You just been answering these stupid questions……..

Later,

The boss of the company called me inside the room.

Asked me - Which caste you belong to:

I am Arya Vysya and I asked him – sir, you belong to – I am Kshatriya.

2. MY CLASSMATE IN MY MBA COLLEGE:

She used to call me with caste name – Komati Swetha

No one knows that I belong to Arya Vysya as it is rule kept by my Principal.

One day, I am in mood to test her about how she recognized me that I belong to…..

I tested her with few questions:

• Are you a Brahmin caste? No
• Are you from Arya Vysya? No

So, I my said in my caste gold and silver are important and some of my people eat in golden plates too.

She said I know – there is a weak point in Arya Vysya Caste –

• You people first look at person
• Dressing sense,
• Cost of the dress,
• Jewelry,
• Beauty of the person,
• Family background,
• Foot wear,
• Face cuts and eyes,
• Does he/she family members wear diamonds,
• When you got to temple you see the jewelry but not god,
• Watch and eye glasses, etc.

Finally,

 I said please don’t confuse me tell me which caste?

Are you from Luxury Life Style person? No

She said I will say after college time.

You are from Arya Vysya and I am from Kshatriya caste.

3. TELANGANA STATE AND ANDHRA PRADESH DIVISION YEAR 2013:

All over Hyderabad people are changing their car numbers and their start writing their caste name in back side of car door.

I have seen many people from Kshatriya caste car numbers.

There are so many people live in Hyderabad.

No one knows where these people live because their surnames are entirely different.

See here, “Varma” name is in Brahmin caste and also in other caste.

NOTE:

Generally, Arya Vysya caste people are not given higher positional jobs in India, we are lack in this.
