ANSWER:
One day in the year 2016,
I got a call from a very small company contented - 6
employees only also in small room there is other company that belongs to my
long relative.
I was selected as “TECHNICAL
CONTENT WRITER” post.
My work time – 9 Am to 5 Pm
They said - they will train me and you can post those
articles in our Blog that related to our company website.
The next day – my thumb print card came - To open the door
and close the door
There is nothing present in their website to know what to
write in their blog.
This company was closed in the year 2017.

DAY 1:
The boss said – you leave half day – my secretary will come
and say password of the computer.
DAY 2:
She came and said – without any references and no interview
you have selected showing her Ego and very jealous.
DAY 3:
My computer was disabling and boss said bring your
laptop……….I said I have no laptop and in turn you said – we will provide
necessary computer parts.
DAY 4:
My boss took all employees as – 3 employees work from home.
He took us to a Tiffin centre behind our building - MANJEERA MAJESTIC, JNTU Road.
Hyderabad.
DAY 5:
The secretary of that company with slow voice said that – I
don’t like coffee or tea why you had without me……………. I said he ordered all to
have coffee, tea, only milk
DAY 6:
I asked my boss which topic I have to present it in your
website – he said anything you like or like other major websites ……… I said I
want to write about types of leaders.
DAY 7:
I have email the topic – types of leaders – boss said my
secretary will correct it……….. Secretary was absent.
He has created a column for me in their website – blog
column……… I said my name should display
– MADDALI LAXMI SWETHA.
DAY 8:
He said I was very busy, busy, busy yesterday night no
sleep, higher tensions, ………….. I cannot correct.
I said – I want to test your blog – how to post the article
or it need about main script to type the SEO’s operations.
Generally, boss will come in 10 Am and leave and come back
in 3 Pm
DAY 9:
The secretary came and said to my boss – tell her to create
her own email id and password – why you need to do that work.
I said I worked as content writer and editor for any website
– www.telugutodays.com – boss will
create all password and Gmail id.
DAY 10:
Secretary made me joker in front of all employees saying –
she doesn’t know how to create a website blog ID.
I feel very bad – left to my long relative company and want
to attend my work at 3 Pm.
In that other company – My long relative cousin is there.
She said to me – I know you very well but I don’t know me.
DAY 11:
My boss created a
company blog ID and password.
When I went inside the blog immediately current gone.
After one hour, I said to boss………my password is not
working………………He said stop behaving like a kid watch the login id.
DAY 12:
The girl who said I know you ---------- she helped me how to
login in………….She said other thing that – your boss take way all your work and
sell it to other mini websites ………… he will not pay you salary.
DAY 13:
My boss --- got my email – types of leaders topic…………… he
has invited his friends who are working
in other company on next floor.
All his friends are reading my article, making funny
comments to my boss and also laughing a loud voice………..in back of me.
My boss told me to wait until 7 pm I will train you – how to
write an article……….. he told me to prepare a topic CHECK THE WEBSITE and create topic which is related to JAVA,
etc………………….
After 5 Pm no employee stay in office I have nearly waited
for 6 Pm and left.
DAY 14:
All the day, I was waiting for Boss and Secretary that they
will guide me – the topic I have to prepare for.
At 4 Pm, my boss that I am here up to 9 Pm yesterday in the office and slept here
itself saying in front of me - I am very busy schedule, I gave you time to
wait.
Do your work and submit the articles to me at 2PM.
There is seminar room – that is always used to lunch
room……………… I was waiting for my boss in the room and the other company was
hurry and this company is not leaving from the room.
I went to bathroom and close my bathroom and starting crying
for hours …………. How to submit the articles……….I don’t know about this company
what field.
After lunch, my LONG
RELATIVE ELDER BROTHER (My Cousin)
came and sees me in office and said to all employees to come out of the room
and allot that room for other company it’s lunch time.
I have worked in his
brother website www.pskjobs.com as content
editor as his marriage time………. New couple getting marry………….
I edit only one small
article in a day about job posting and area with company name and contact
number in his website.
He seen me, I went to his room and said………….. I don’t know
what is happening ………… it’s my day 14 in this company
I am ideally sitting here for so many hours.
My boss gave me – No articles topics, No tech writer training,
No respect, asking more about my family background all about salaries,
property, etc………..in his room.
My cousin – asked my boss – when you will train her…………….
Technical topics………. My boss said after 7 Pm
After 7 Pm all company close in this building
- My boss said she is using internet……………. My answer – I don’t
have internet
- My boss said I have given computer and password…………My answer
– all cables are not there to on.
- My boss said I am correcting her articles…………My answer –
Until now I wrote one article he didn’t even corrected it.
- My boss said I have given freedom to her to prepare any
topic in technical wise …………… My answer I don’t know any technical topics, he
said refer my company website……………..in this website only introduction is there
that to only 4 lines present.

Secretary came……………… she hidden inside my chair, escaping from
CCTV……………. Said you have come here,
no interview, nothing………………I am working in this company as a software employee
and also content writer……….. I have prepared the lines which are present in
this website………….. Its better you are
not good for this website.
Immediately, I called my boss – she is taking like
that……………..
Boss – she is feeling not well and cold and cough we will
discuss about this issue tomorrow.
DAY 15:
I said to Secretary,
Today, I
will end up this content writer job and posting………BEWARE TO FACE ME.
Boss came and started I am very busy – common word what I am
hearing it every day– I didn’t sleep yesterday………
