Ratha Saptami programs held in Markapur in a good manner

Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava Swamy temple in Markapur celebrated the Ratha Saptami festival in a grand manner at Prakasam District with series of chariots on 12 Feb 2019 (Tuesday).

The temple priests Sripati Appanacharyulu and Nandhyala Srinivasacharyulu decorated the God and Goddess list are:

1. Suryaprabha Vahanam,
2. Sesha Vahanam,
3. Garuda Vahanam,
4. Hanumantha Vahanam,
5. Kalpavriksha Vahanam,
6. Rajata Vahanam and
7. Chandraprabha Vahanam

With the silk robes, valuable jewels and gold with diamond ornaments under the supervision of priest Nandhyala Tirumalacharyulu.

All devotees had darshan of Lord Sri Sridevi Bhudevi sameta Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava Swamy temple. This is the great opportunity to the devotees were they feel the mightiness of divine powers.

The people from various organizations and societies offered free food in the Markapur town.

These programs started from 5:30 AM in early morning and ended at 11:30 PM in Markapur.
