Raksha Bandhan 2022 With My Brother – Maddali Harish

Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi Day is the biggest Hindu festival that we celebrate the affection and care between brothers and sisters.

 

It has to be noted that the Rakhi festival comes in the month of Shravan full moon day that appears in the August month of every year.

 

In Hindi language, this festival is called Raksha Bandhan and in Telugu language it is called Rakhi Pournami. (Pournami means Full moon day). 

A small note:

When you search about Raksha Bandhan date of the year 2022 in Google search – it will show you 11 August 2022 but it is celebrated on 12 August 2022 morning according to telugu calendar.

I brought a SILVER RAKHI that indicates or brings good health and wealth to my brother and sweet name – “ICE CREAM BURFI” which is famous in Hyderabad on this day in South India.

My Visit to Bangalore Palace - March 2022, Bangalore, India

In march 2022, I went to Bangalore with my parents and visited my brother house. I asked my brother to take us to the palace. As I like visiting historical places which I read in my school time books.

 

At first, we went to Bangalore assembly which is very near to palace road. Here is the picture. See the image below:

From there the palace road starts. Here in the palace, one has to take tickets to go inside the palace to see.

In the ticket counter – Once you have paid the amount, they will give you an ear phone, one device which looks like a mobile phone. Note: I felt like tickets are bit expensive compare to Hyderabad. 

See some of the images and videos below of the inside palace tour. Remember, in that there are numbers if you press the number, you will hear the palace stories. 

Here, I have seen all the rooms, pictures on the walls, beautiful ancient style of lights. For more details you have to visit this palace so that you will understand the ancient culture of south India and how our Kings and Queens lived on those days.

Note: My most liked - history here is about elephants. Bangalore palace is famous for elephants on those days and how elephants are trained.

First Time I Have Seen, Holika Dahan Festival in Bangalore, India

On 17^th march, I went to meet my father’s sister home (Get together event) in Bangalore. After event is finished.

 

Her husband invited me with my parents to visit to watch Holi Ka Dahan Festival which is celebrated by North Indians in their apartment (Parimila Sunredge, Bangalore) every year. See the image and video below:

In fact, I live in Hyderabad, India. Here every year, people celebrate Holi on 18^th march by applying colours on face.

 

This time I have seen Holi in different way that is called as Holika Dahan Festival which is celebrated one day before Holi at night time by firing wood.

Generally, firing wood happens in Sanskrit time at Hyderabad.

 

When I saw first time Holi Ka Dahan – I was feeling inner happiness on that day, after making circle around fire wood and praying to God Vishnu. This is - how my day has passed.

Podili - Arya Vysya Kalyana Mandapam Renovated - Year 2022

The re-opening of the Vasavi kalyana mandapam is scheduled for Sunday March 20, 2022 at 6 pm on the occasion of completion of modernization works at a cost 1.2 crore over a period of about one year.

 

Note: The committee has requested all the donors to participate in this inauguration. The committee also arranged dinner for all the attendees on that day. – Arya Vysya Sangam Podili, Andhra Pradesh.

Vasavi Satram Complex in Srisailam was listed and got placed in World Book of Records

On 30 Dec 2021, 

Vasavi Satram Complex at Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh was secured a place in the World Book of Records list for rendering services to the pilgrims visiting Srisailam, Tirumala, Puttaparthi and Varanasi. 

This award/certificate (World Book of Records) was given to the Vasavi Satram Complex president Devaki Venkateswarulu by South Region Joint Secretary DR Eliajar.

Wish you a very happy new year 2022 to all my readers and viewers of this blog. 

In this corona time, in most of the houses many persons are affected or diseased. Why did corona came to us? Why was the previous year is like that and now this year - How will it be?

 

There are many questions raised in our human mind. But you see these types of effects came is not first time in history. It happened in long and long years too, which are available in the form of newspapers and books that you find in library. Right!

 

I say to you - Why these years are going like this and we are travelling in days, weeks, months, years?

 

Any answers to these questions you have.

 

But I have answers to solve your inner feelings – What is this pandemic situation is all about?

 

It is written in Garuda Purana – When you are born your fate is written by God Brahma and do you know - there is another person who rules time and you – He is called God Yama. He writes your Palmistry).

 

There is no photo of lord Yama in home that people do puja. Right!

 

When you are going to be born or a baby is going to be born – lord Yama gives two gifts – in one hand food and in the other hand water, gives you duties to perform and return back.

 

In English language, it is called good time and bad time.

 

In every year, all days are good no…some remain bad days too. Likewise, good days ruled, now bad days to be ruled right!

 

This is called human life. Human life is like a chess game for lord Vishnu - The creator or the visioner that we read in books.

 

Hope! You understand this – How you lead your life it’s there in your hands?

 

See a Diamond is born in underground in inside sand and you have to find it, polish it and then diamond is ready! That is diamond life.

 

Now, you are also a diamond. Think about why you are born and fulfill your duties. You are born to do your duties. Wish you a very happy new year 2022!
