My grandfather Javvaji Rangandha Gupta always asks me two questions:

1. To read Telugu Newspaper and answer his questions?

2. Have you seen Kshatriya Caste persons?

I have made some research above different castes of Indian caste system.

I used to ask him so many times to clear my doubts.

I have travelled all over India too –

One day,

I directly asked him tell more about Kshatriya so that I can identify –

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES: (Case Study)

1. HR INTERVIEW PLACEMENT which are held in My MBA College.

I and my classmate were selected for HR Round for a company.

The boss of that company was too much busy coming out and speaking to someone in his mobile.

My classmate was in tension mood about interview, he was saying ------ Swetha, I am in tensions and tensions when I listen to his voice I felt I was also in tension mood.

I read his resume as I am good at Resume tips and I from MBA - HR and he is from MBA – HR and Marketing field.

Before that I have identified that he is from Aurora's Degree College.

I really felt sad that

I got seat in AURORA'S DEGREE COLLEGE but due to my SISTER MARRIAGE I joined in a college which is walkable distance from my home.

He attended in interview next my number came –

THE FIRST WORD:

Sir,

I want to complete my education first then do job I came to interview to get offer letter to show to my family as I am the one in the field of commerce background in Maddali Family tree.

In Maddali Family Tree, my cousin and sister’s also brother’s are from software industry.

Then he started asking me 10 questions. I have answered all 10 questions.

After few minute we got results:

SUDDEN NEWS:

My classmate was selected I am rejected.

I asked sir I am from HR background and he from marketing department and this interview belongs to HR field.

The secretary told me: He said

Sir,

I am in tension and tension………….. I am good at answering questions…………..Please give me a few seconds………….to answer each and entire questions in this interview:

The questions were asked for him –

• What is your name?
• You are from which college?
• What your hobbies?
• Where do you live?
• What is your surname?
• When you join in this college?

My questions were fully based on HR Subject.

We came out laughing together.

I said him –

I am classmate also CLASS LEADER and I have been…………..motivating you for long time.

You just been answering these stupid questions……..

Later,

The boss of the company called me inside the room.

Asked me - Which caste you belong to:

I am Arya Vysya and I asked him – sir, you belong to – I am Kshatriya.

2. MY CLASSMATE IN MY MBA COLLEGE:

She used to call me with caste name – Komati Swetha

No one knows that I belong to Arya Vysya as it is rule kept by my Principal.

One day, I am in mood to test her about how she recognized me that I belong to…..

I tested her with few questions:

• Are you a Brahmin caste? No
• Are you from Arya Vysya? No

So, I my said in my caste gold and silver are important and some of my people eat in golden plates too.

She said I know – there is a weak point in Arya Vysya Caste –

• You people first look at person
• Dressing sense,
• Cost of the dress,
• Jewelry,
• Beauty of the person,
• Family background,
• Foot wear,
• Face cuts and eyes,
• Does he/she family members wear diamonds,
• When you got to temple you see the jewelry but not god,
• Watch and eye glasses, etc.

Finally,

 I said please don’t confuse me tell me which caste?

Are you from Luxury Life Style person? No

She said I will say after college time.

You are from Arya Vysya and I am from Kshatriya caste.

3. TELANGANA STATE AND ANDHRA PRADESH DIVISION YEAR 2013:

All over Hyderabad people are changing their car numbers and their start writing their caste name in back side of car door.

I have seen many people from Kshatriya caste car numbers.

There are so many people live in Hyderabad.

No one knows where these people live because their surnames are entirely different.

See here, “Varma” name is in Brahmin caste and also in other caste.

NOTE:

Generally, Arya Vysya caste people are not given higher positional jobs in India, we are lack in this.

{3 Days Trip – 8^th to 11^th November, My Relative Marriage Event – 2 States, 540 Kms – Train and 9 Cars}

Dear readers and viewers,

Before reading My Journey Trip I like to share few points:

1. I have written PhD Entrance Exam on 04 December 2019 (UGC NET)

I have written this exam in year 2015 old syllabus.

Again wrote this in December 2019, computerized with new syllabus

I am the one who wrote Exam - In Whole Maddali Family Tree.

2. I have attended Dynamism Self and Nation Program

(Art of Living, Hyderabad, India – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar)

On November 14th to 17th, 2019,

I am a volunteer from 10 years some of my friends became teachers.

3. In March, I applied for school teacher jobs, my Resumes over.

I went to Internet centre to get more copies.

Interviews are conducted in afternoon section only,

I started running fast from steps I fell down - Two steps – Iron and Cement.

My right foot was injured – MINOR AIR CRACK so completely; bed rest.

One fine day,

I was selected for ASST. TEACHER for 110 students in Bachpan Primary School also worked as administrator too.

4. I am getting jobs in MEDICAL FIELD as a WRITER.

I got two topics to my E-mails from named hospitals

(Length of the topic should be 125 or 150 words only)

• Clinical Decision Support System
• Clinical Physiology

I found many research papers on Clinical decision support system in Google.

5. I have attended a Marriage Event in Guntur.

MY JOURNEY TRIP AND MY OBSERVATIONS:

1. We have traveled in Janmabhumi Express train from Hyderabad.

2. I didn’t see any forest area on the way to Guntur. Thus, to travel to my native place one has to cross Nallamala Forest. This my first experience.

3. I have seen an article about Hyderabad is also facing SMOG not it’s completely wrong data that spreading in allover Newspapers.

4. on 14^th November I came to Hyderabad – I have seen any article about which is related topic in MBA.

• INFOSYS CEO HIT BY MORE CHARGES IN SECOND WHISTLE BLOWER LETTER

5. While traveling I was watching FIT TUBER videos in YouTube channel - 60% of information is wrong in his research.

He said,

To remove dust in eye use rose water to clean eyes – Statement is wrong.

Gaumutra is used for eyes medical treatments - Statement is wrong.

Just observe what he is saying but don’t do experiments without consulting doctor.

పూజారి గారు......నేను..... నా...... సందేహాలు

కిటికీ లో నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం వేళ ఉండే 

సూర్యుడి వేడి తగిలి మెలకువ వచ్చింది. 

పక్కనే ఉన్న ఫోన్ చూస్తే పదకొండు అయ్యింది. 

ఇంటి దగ్గర ఉంటే నాన్న అమ్మ తో కలిసి ఒంటిగంట లోపు 

భోజనం చేయాలి అనే ఆలోచనతో తొందరగా నిద్ర లేచేవాడిని. 

ఉద్యోగం పేరుతో బెంగళూరు లో ఉండడం వలన 

భోజనం చేయాల్సిన సమయం లో టిఫిన్ , 

టీ తాగాల్సిన సమయం లో భోజనం అలవాటు అయిపోతోంది.

తొందరగా లేచి అరగంట లో స్నానం ముగించుకుని, 

ప్రతి వారం లాగే పక్కన వీధి లో ఉన్న గుడి కి వెళ్లాను. 

మూడేళ్ళ క్రితం కార్తీక మాసం లో అనుకుంట, 

ఖాళీ గా ఉన్న రోజుల్లో గుడి కి వెళ్లి రా అంది అమ్మ. 

అప్పట్నుంచి ఆఫీస్ లేనపుడు దగ్గర్లో ఉన్న గుడి కి వస్తూ ఉంటాను.

ఎప్పటిలాగే దణ్ణం పెట్టుకుని కొంచెం సేపు 

గర్భ గుడి కి పక్కగా కూర్చున్నాను. 

గుడి గంటల శబ్దాల మధ్య 

M. S. Subbu Lakshmi గారు పాడిన విష్ణు సహస్ర నామం వినిపిస్తోంది. 

కొంత మంది ప్రదక్షిణ చేస్తున్నారు. 

ఇంకొంతమంది అర్చన చేయిస్తున్నారు .

కొంత మంది దేవుడికి పట్టు వస్త్రాలు ఇస్తున్నారు.

ఇంకొంతమంది తన్మయత్వం తో దేవుడిని చుస్తూ ఉండిపోయారు.

దేవుడికి మధ్యాహ్నం సమర్పించే 

నైవేద్యంకి ఇంకొంచెం సమయమే ఉండడంతో, 

ప్రతి వారం గుడిలో ఉండే పూజారిగారు క్షణం కూడా తీరిక లేకుండా

కంగారుగా ఉన్నారు.

అమ్మ వెళ్ళమంది అని గుడి కి రావడం మొదలుపెట్టినా, 

గుడి కి వచ్చిన ప్రతిసారి ఎందుకో చాలా ఆనందంగా ఉంటుంది.

కాని నా మెదడు లో మాత్రం ఎప్పటిలాగే ఎన్నో ప్రశ్నలు రాసాగాయి. 

దేవుడి గురించి, 

దేవాలయాల గురించి, 

భక్తుల గురించి,

ఎన్నో సందేహాలు, 

ఇంకెన్నో విశ్లేషణలు. 

ప్రతిసారి లాగే ఆ ప్రశ్నల ప్రవాహం లో, 

ఆలోచనల అలలు ఉవ్వెత్తున ఎగిసి పడుతున్నాయి.

ఇంతలో గుడి లో నేను ఎప్పుడు చూడని - 

పూజారి గారు ఒకరు, 

నన్ను చూసి, నవ్వి, 

నా పక్కన వచ్చి కూర్చున్నారు. 

ఈయన్ని ఎప్పుడు ఈ గుడి లో చూడలేదుకదా 

అన్న సందేహం తో కూడిన ఒక నవ్వు నవ్వాను.

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

నిన్ను ఈ గుడి లో చాలా రోజులనుంచి చూస్తున్నాను బాబు. 

కాని ఎప్పుడూ ఏదో ఆలోచిస్తూ ఉంటావు. ఎమన్నా ఉంటే చెప్పు పర్లేదు.

నేను ఎప్పుడూ చూడని వ్యక్తి నేను వచ్చిన 

ప్రతిసారి గమనిస్తున్నారా అన్న ఆలోచన ఒకవైపు, నా ప్రశ్నలు, 

సందేహాలు నా మోహం మీద కనిపించేస్తున్నాయా 

అని కంగారు ఇంకోవైపు కలిగి

నేను: 

అబ్బే అలాంటిది ఏమి లేదండి..........

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

మధ్యాహ్నం నైవేద్యానికి, 

గుడి ముయ్యడానికి ఇంకా సమయం ఉంది బాబు. 

పర్లేదు చెప్పు నీ సందేహాలు ఏంటో. 

నాకు తెలిసినంతలో నీతో చర్చించడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తాను.

ఎందుకో నాకున్న సందేహాలు అన్నీ 

అడిగేద్దామని ధైర్యం తెచ్చుకుని నేను ప్రశ్నలు అడగడం మొదలుపెట్టాను.

నేను: 

పెద్దవాళ్ళు, గుడి కి వెళ్తే మంచిది అంటారు కదండీ. 

అసలు గుడి కి ఎందుకు రావాలి. 

నా ప్రశ్న లో అవివేకం ఉంటే క్షమించండి.

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

(గట్టిగా నవ్వుతూ) 

నువ్వు ఉద్యోగం చేయడానికి బెంగళూరు లో ఉన్నావు. 

కాని ప్రతి నెలా రెండు రోజులైనా ఇంటికి వెళ్ళి 

నాన్న అమ్మ ని కలవాలి అనుకుంటావు కదా, 

ఎందుకు?

ఎందుకంటే వాళ్లతో గడిపినపుడు 

నీకు ఆనందం వస్తుంది. 

వాళ్ల ప్రేమ నీకు హాయిని ఇస్తుంది. 

బహుసా నీ ప్రశ్న కి సమాధానం దొరికింది అనుకుంటున్నాను.

భగవంతుడిని నాన్న అమ్మ తో పొల్చిన వెంటనే 

ఒక్కసారిగా నాలో కమ్ముకున్న చాలా 

మేఘాలు తొలగిపోయినట్టు అనిపించింది.

నేను: 

భగవంతుడు అంతటా ఉన్నాడు అంటారు. 

కాని ఎందుకు గుడి కి వచ్చి దణ్ణం పెట్టుకుంటారు అందరు

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

నీ ప్రాణ స్నేహితుడు నీకు దూరం గా వేరే ఊరిలో ఉన్నాడనుకో, 

నువ్వు ఫోన్ లో అతనితో మాట్లాడొచ్చు. 

కానీ అతడిని నేరుగా కలిస్తే వచ్చే ఆనందం ఇంకా ఎక్కువ వుంటుందా

లేదా?

కొంత మందికి ఫోనులో మాట్లాడినా ఆనందం కలుగుతుంది, 

కొంత మందికి నేరుగా కలిస్తే ఆనందం కలుగుతుంది.

నేను: 

కోరికలు తీరితే కానుకలు ఇస్తా అంటారు కదండీ, 

కానుకలు ఇస్తారని భగవంతుడు కోరికలు తీర్చడు కదా

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

నీకు కొత్తగా ఉద్యోగం వచ్చిందనుకో, ఆ అనందం లో 

మీ కుటుంబ సభ్యులకి ఎదైనా కొనిపెట్టాలని నువ్వు అనుకుంటావా 

అనుకోవా

నీ కుటుంబ సభ్యులు నీకు కొత్త ఉద్యోగం వచ్చిందని సంతోషిస్తారా 

నువ్వు ఎదైనా కొనిపెడతావని ఆశిస్తారా 

గుర్తుపెట్టుకో దెవుడు కానుకలు కోరుకోడు, 

నీ అభ్యున్నతి కోరుకుంటాడు. 

అందుకునే సత్యభామ వెసిన వజ్ర వైఢూర్యాలకి కాకుండా, 

భక్తితో రుక్మిణి వేసిన తులసీ దళంకి తూగాడు శ్రీ క్రిష్ణుడు.

నేను: 

ఎదైనా పని మొదలు పెట్టే ముందు, 

దెవుడికి దణ్ణం పెట్టుకోమంటారు కదండీ, 

దెవుడి అనుగ్రహం వలన పని పూర్తయితే మానవ ప్రయత్నం లేనట్టే కదా

అలాకాకుండా మానవ ప్రయత్నం వలన పని పుర్తయితే, 

పని మొదలు పెట్టే ముందు దేవుడికి దణ్ణం పెట్టమనడంలో 

ఆంతర్యం ఎమంటారు

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

నీ ఆఫీసులో కొంచం క్లిష్టమైన పని ఇచ్చారనుకో, 

సాధారణంగా ఏం చేస్తావు? 

కొంచెం నిశబ్దమైన ప్రదేశానికి వెళ్ళి, 

నీకు నచ్చిన కాఫీ అయినా,

 టీ అయినా, తాగుతూ,

ఎకాగ్రతతో ఆలోచించి,

పని పూర్తి చేస్తావు. 

అవునా, కాదా?

ఇప్పుడు కాఫీ,

నిశ్శబ్దమైన ప్రదేశం వీటి వలన పని పూర్తి అయ్యిందా 

లేక

నీ బుధ్ధి ఉపయోగించడం వలన పని పూర్తి అయ్యిందా

నిజానికి కాఫీ, 

నిశబ్దమైన ప్రదేశం ఇవన్నీ నీ ఏకగ్రతని పెంచి, 

నువ్వు నీ పని పూర్తి చెయ్యడానికి 

నీ బుద్ధిని ఉపయోగించడంలో దొహదపడ్దాయి అంతే. 

దైవ దర్శనం కూడా, 

నీ పని చెయ్యడానికి కావలసిన ప్రశాంతతని పెంచి, 

నీకు కావలసిన శక్తియుక్తులని సరిగ్గా 

ఉపయోగించడానికి దొహదపడేది కాదంటావా

నేను: 

మొక్కులు తీర్చకపోతే భగవంతుడికి కోపం వస్తుంది అంటారు. 

అది ఎంతవరకు నిజం అంటారు

కొత్త పూజారి గారు: 

మీ అమ్మగారి తో నువ్వు, 

“ఇవాళ సాయంత్రం తప్పకుండా 

కూరగాయల మార్కెట్ కి నిన్ను తీస్కుని వెళ్తా”

అని చెప్పి, 

తర్వాత మర్చిపోయి నీ స్నేహితులతో కలిసి సినిమా కి వెళ్లి వచ్చావనుకో, 

అపుడు మీ అమ్మగారు ఏమంటారు  

స్నేహితులతో బయటకి వెళ్తే లోకం తెలీదు 

వెధవకి అని కోపం తో తిడతారా లేదా  

అలా ప్రేమగా కొప్పడతారు కానీ, అలా మర్చిపోయినందుకు 

నువ్వు కష్టాలు పడాలని ఆశించరు కదా...........

మీ తల్లితండ్రులకే ఇంత ప్రేమ ఉంటే, 

లోకాలు అంతటికి ఆ దేవుడిని తల్లి తండ్రీ అంటారు. 

తనకి ఇంకెంత ప్రేమ ఉండాలి 

ఇవన్ని విన్నాక ఎందుకో తెలియకుండానే ఆయనకి 

సాష్టాంగ నమస్కారం చేసేసాను. 

నాకున్న ప్రశ్నలు సందేహాలు అన్నీ తొలగిపోయినట్టు అనిపించి 

ఆ ఆనందం లో కళ్లలో నీళ్ళు తిరిగాయి. 

ఆ పూజారి గారు నవ్వుతూ.................

నా తల నిమిరి, 

సరే బాబు నైవేద్యానికి సమయం అయిందని చెప్పి వెళ్లిపోయారు.

తర్వాత తదేకం గా గర్భ గుడి లోని దేవుడిని అలా 

తన్మయత్వం తో చాలా సేపు చుస్తూ ఉండిపోయాను. 

ఇపుడు దేవుడిని చూస్తోంటే ఎందుకో తల్లితండ్రులను చూస్తున్నట్టు, 

ప్రాణ స్నేహితులను చూస్తున్నట్టు అనిపించింది. 

నేను నా భావాలని నా కళ్ళతోనే ఆయనతో 

పంచుకుంటున్నానేమో అనిపిస్తోంది.

ఆ కొత్త పూజారి గారిని కలవాలి అనిపించి, 

ఆ రోజు సాయంత్రం మళ్ళీ గుడి కి వెళ్లాను కాని ఆయన కనిపించలేదు. 

కొత్త పూజారి గారిని కలవాలనే కోరిక ఆపుకోలేక ప్రతి వారం గుడిలో ఉండే 

పూజారి గారి దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళి అడిగాను.

నేను: 

పొద్దున్న ఒక కొత్త పూజారి గారు ఉన్నారు కదండీ, 

ఆయన సాయంత్రం రాలేదా 

గుడిలో ప్రతి వారం వుండే పూజారి గారు: 

కొత్త పూజారి గారా  

ఎవరు బాబు  

పొద్దున్న కూడా నేను ఒక్కడినే ఉన్నాను బాబు గుడిలో. 

నాతో పాటు ఇంకో పూజారి ఎవరు లేరు బాబు.

నేను: 

లేదండి, 

నైవేద్యానికి ఇంకా సమయం ఉందని 

ఆయన నాతో మాట్లాడారు కూడా. అని అంటూ.........................

ఆగిపోయాను నేను.

నైవేద్యానికి సమయం ఉందని అన్నారు కానీ,

భగవంతుడికి నైవేద్యం సమర్పించడానికి సమయం ఉంది అనలేదు కదా.

ఈ విషయం స్ఫురించగానే ఒక్కసారిగా ఆశ్చర్యపోయాను, 

నాకేమి అర్ధం కాలేదు, అలా కూర్చుండిపోయాను. 

ఇంతలో అమ్మ నుంచి ఫోన్ వచ్చింది. 

గుడి నుంచి బయటకి వచ్చి ఫోన్ మాట్లాడాను.

అమ్మ: 

ఏరా ఏం చేస్తున్నావు
